LINK GMAIL
Your rides come from your Tesla receipt emails. Forward them to your private Cybercab Hunter address and each ride shows up in Rider Data.
Use the same Gmail as your Tesla account
Tesla sends ride receipts to the email on your Tesla account, the one you sign in to the Tesla app with. Do every step below in that Gmail account. A filter in any other Gmail never sees your receipts, so no rides will show up.
We couldn't load your forwarding address
Something went wrong reaching the server. You're still signed in. Try again in a moment.

New Tesla receipts will forward automatically and appear in Rider Data.
YOUR FORWARDING ADDRESS
Treat this address like a password. Anyone who has it can send receipts into your account, so don't post it or share it.
Get a new address?
Your current address stops working immediately. If you set up automatic forwarding, you'll need to add the new address in Gmail and change your filter to use it.
Coming soon
We're finishing the email setup on our side. Your private forwarding address will appear here as soon as it's ready.
Your forwarding address is turned off

Start the filter
Check you're in the right Gmail first: the account picture in Gmail's top-right corner should show the email on your Tesla account. Signed in to more than one Google account? Click that picture and switch to it.
In Gmail, open:
Settings (gear icon), then See all settings, then Filters and Blocked Addresses, then Create a new filter
Open Gmail filter settingsIn the From box, type . Click Create filter, tick Forward it in the action list, then click the Add forwarding address link next to it.
If the link doesn't take you there, click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab yourself.
-
Add and verify the address
On the Forwarding tab opened by the filter dialog, click Add a forwarding address, paste your address, then click Next and Proceed.
Gmail emails a confirmation to your forwarding address. It appears right here.
Waiting for Gmail's confirmation. This page checks on its own.Nothing to confirm. Receipts are already reaching your address. If you add it in Gmail again, the new confirmation will appear here.Click Confirm in Gmail. Gmail opens in a new tab; click Confirm there.
If Gmail gives you a code instead, type it into the Confirmation code box under Forwarding and POP/IMAP, then click Verify.
After confirming in Gmail's popup, leave Disable forwarding selected. The filter forwards your Tesla receipts, so leave forwarding for all incoming mail off. No Save Changes is needed on this tab.
-
Finish the filter
Open Gmail filter settingsGo back to Filters and Blocked Addresses and click Create a new filter again. In the From box, type , then click Create filter.
Tick Forward it. Your verified address now appears in the dropdown. Select it, then click Create filter.
Don't see your address in the Forward it dropdown? Refresh the Gmail page once, then reopen the filter dialog.
The first filter dialog was left behind while you verified the address. This second pass finishes creating the filter.

No need to wait — take your first ride and setup completes on its own when your receipt arrives. Or click Done now.
Trouble?
Confirmation not showing?
Wait a minute and refresh. Gmail can be slow to send it. If it still hasn't come, check that you pasted the whole address in step 3.
No receipts arriving?
In Gmail settings, check that your forwarding address shows as confirmed under Forwarding and POP/IMAP, and that your filter is still listed under Filters and Blocked Addresses. If you got a new address on this page, the filter needs the new one.
Bring your past rides
Filters only forward new mail, so receipts from before you set this up need one manual pass.
- In Gmail, search for to find your old receipts.
- Open each receipt and forward it to your address.
- Send them one at a time. Gmail's Forward as attachment option bundles emails in a way we can't read.
Not sure if you already sent one? Send it anyway. Duplicates are caught automatically, so a ride is never counted twice.
